Taquitos Mexicanos (Flautas)

Four corn tortillas filled with shredded beef or shredded chicken that has been cooked with onions, tomatoes and green peppers, then deep-fried to a golden brown. Served around a bed of lettuce, sour cream, pico de gallo and guacamole.
